Got an email stating I will be charged 30 pound out of my money for a bank transfer or I can leave feedback well I left feedback and becos it wasnt to thier advantage or liking I will no longer be getting my money as staited but will have to now wait for a cheque to be sent .be carefully of some of the hidden charges 500 for insurance you will be charged on top the 25 percent they take for yr claim . Do I recommend these no would I use them again no .I feel I was forced to leave feedback or loose more money ...

This was my first time using a solicitors after having a car accident last year. Miss Nazneen Latif handled my case and I can’t thank her enough for making my experience quick and easy. Not only is she lovely but she kept me up to date with what was going on and I would highly recommend to others. I was given full support throughout this time and for that I am grateful.

I used this company for a holiday claim three years ago, to say they were inept would be an understatement, they were woeful from start to finish. I had letters confirming my sickness from the Doctor of the hotel in which we stayed, as well as all prescriptions we received, also had medicals from my UK Doctor confirming i still had the illness on my return to the UK. I got more sense from this companies receptionist than i did from there law team, nobody knew what theyw ere doing and on many occasions i had to give new statements despite these clowns supposedly having to log everything. My case was taken on a No Win - No Fee basis and three years down the line i was asked for monies from them to continue!!! KEEP WELL CLEAR OF THEM - THEY ARE USELESS
