Alistair Chiswell ... oh my, what a lovely chap that I would very highly recommend and will be using again myself in the future, if the need should ever arise.
Alistair was extremely polite and professional. He was very adaptable and took his time in explaining the ins and outs of the legal process which required numerous telephone conversations. Within this time he understandably knew a great deal regarding my medical records as well as context around the information contained in them. Due to this he was able to foresee some of the potential difficulties that may have popped up; with the defendant as well as with my complicated background and the multiple challenges brought along with that.
Alistair got my case after my previous solicitor went bust throughout the time of the pandemic. He had such a mess to tidy up on top of having the additional effort of dealing with me. I have extremely complex health conditions, both psychiatric and physical, the physical being a combination of pre-existing and accident related injuries. My medical records are on the scale of claiming Everest with a tour guide who may aswel speak a different language. He manoeuvred around these complexities with elegance and ease.
At the last stages of the claim, where a settlement was being arranged, the advice was fantastic and the offer was a reasonable amount more than expected. On top of this Alistair said he may be able to get a little extra, not guaranteed but a bonus. This extra was also more than anticipated.
And talk about a person going above and beyond; due to deadline requirements he was in the office when he clearly needed to be in bed with some chicken soup.
This gentleman made the process as smooth as possible and took additional time and adapted around my Bipolar Disorder. He kept stress to a minimum and was understanding throughout.
The compassion and empathy and legal knowledge shown by Alistair Chiswell was a rare occurrence in this day and age and he will be my first call and recommendation for legal requirements.

(Translated by Google) I have nothing against the company itself. However, Mrs. Katarzyna and Mrs. Iwona are a misunderstanding. Out of courtesy, I will not mention their names. They were unable to deliver the documents to the Court on time.
They couldn't humanly admit they made a mistake, that they messed something up, or say I'm sorry I didn't take care of it. What's more, they blamed me for the mistake. The costs are astronomical in relation to the work performed which was not delivered to the Court at all. And also threatening to sue the court for delaying payment for worthless work that was not delivered to the court on time. I do not recommend these two ladies with all my heart!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
And it was enough to simply say sorry. To wipe away my tears, they reduced my costs by £240, which confirmed that they had messed something up. But the rest of the money is money down the drain.

Nie potrafiły przyznać się po ludzku do błędu że coŝ zawaliły , powiedzieć przepraszam nie dopilnowałam. Mało tego obwiniały mnie za zaistniałą pomyłkę. Koszty z kosmosu w stosunku do wykonanej pracy która nie była wogóle dostarczona do Sądu. I jeszcze straszenie pozwem do Sądu za opóźnienie płatności za bezwartościową pracẹ która nie została dostarczona na czas do Sądu. Tych dwóch Pań nie polecam z całego serca!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
A wystarczyło powiedzieć proste przepraszam. Na otarcie łez obniżyły mi koszty o £240 czym potwierdziły że coś jednak zawaliły. Ale pozostałe pieniążki to pieniądze wyrzucone w błoto.

Luke Dykes has been incredibly professional and supportive from start to finish. I worked with him previously on a business trademark matter, which was a straightforward process and handled seamlessly. However, my recent experience was far more challenging. I was in the process of purchasing a commercial property and faced an unexpected hurdle when the seller sadly passed away during the transaction. The situation became even more stressful as the other side was slow and often caused delays, but Luke went above and beyond by chasing them daily on my behalf. Thanks to his persistence and expertise, he made it possible for me to lease the property until probate is completed. From the start expectations where set out by Stephanie and Jessica. Buying and selling your home can be frustrating and difficult but I can absolutely assure anyone reading this review, when the chips are down and things have to get done, everyone @ McHale and Co will have your back. They are a true example of a team coming together to make a purchase and a sell complete on time. (Obviously when all documents and checks are in place) I have absolutely no problem recommending them at all.
