I was referred to McHale and Co. by Schroders Private Banking as I wished to have a Last Will and Testament written. My Solicitor was a lovely lady called Joy Marshall. Joy was very helpful, supportive, and accommodating throughout the whole process. She made sure that I understood everything and that we got everything right so there were no loose ends, meaning that once my Will was completed, I have complete peace of mind. On personal level, I found it quite a thought-provoking process, particularly in the light of my recent, personal life experiences, but Joy’s reassurance helped me though as she was so approachable, understanding, and relatable. In order to have my Will signed and witnessed, Joy and a colleague were able to visit my home when I was unable to attend the office, which was very accommodating of them. I would recommend Joy to anyone who asked me about getting a Last Will and Testament written. Joy is currently helping me with the process of setting up lasting Power of Attorney.
