Fantastic Service & Professional Advise
Real Legal was very efficient and professional from the start to end.
We used them for our remortgage.
I can not recommend this firm enough, they were amazing and we would definitely recommend them to anyone who is looking for a Solicitor. Very well priced & Top service. Always had direct contact with our solicitor and we were never fobbed off to the trainees or assistants like a lot of other Law firms.
Well done to everyone at Real Legal keep up the good work!

I instructed Real Legal Limited to do conveyance for purchase of the leasehold property with a share of freehold. As soon as I paid for searches issues started. Wrongly spelled both first and last names, paper work was posted to the wrong address, not responsive, very slow to reply, not answering phone. Enquiries ignored, not answered, share transfer certificate not issued. Can not get hold of anyone, phone goes to the answering machine and emails left ignored. This was my experience as a first time buyer. Completion October 2023.

No communication or updates
Not the best experience so far. No updates on any of the progress, not chasing up on things that needed to be once I did it myself. Not replying to my emails or the estate agents, not providing me with the fixtures and fittings when they arrived, and not asking me if I have any questions before sending them off to the seller. Overall this is taking a long time and I don't even have a mortgage provider involved
