I recently completed a sale and purchase with Phil & Alix. Matters became complicated on both sides of the transaction and both were so helpful throughout. I was purchasing for the second time but this was my first time selling a property.
Both Phil & Alix took time to explain things to me and I learned a lot about the conveyancing process - things I probably should’ve been made aware of as a first time buyer 6 years ago! It came to light that some matters were brushed over in 2018 when I was purchasing the property I was now selling that should’ve been dealt with by my previous Solicitors at the time. On reflection, I feel I was probably not looked after very well by the previous local firm and would advise any first time buyers especially to go with a firm as helpful as Cooper Nimmo have been for me this time around. They made me feel at ease throughout the transaction, would instruct them again in the future.

After several poor experiences with the sale of properties with previous solicitors we were recommended to Cooper Nimmo in March 2023. I was again sceptical but after just a couple of weeks into our 1st property sale i realised how good things were going. Alix and Philip who were both acting on my behalf for the sale couldnt have been more helpful. From the outset our paperwork was sent out without delay, Every time i called the office i got through and could speak to them. (massive plus for me that point) if they were unavailable to talk i always got a return call, also updates via email regarding the sale were coming through. Alix is an absolute star and a joy to work with, whilst having a great sense of humour and maintaining a high level of professionalism she has great communication skills and gets all your questions and enquiries answered. I am now on my 4th instruction with Cooper Nimmo and cant recommend them highly enough.I wish i had been introduced them earlier. Anybody reading this, if its a legal team you are looking for that you can actually talk to and communicate with and get your job done then give them a call. You wont be dissapointed.

Alix was a pleasure to deal with all the way through this transaction. Nothing was too much trouble for her. Always got back to me to answer any questions I had.

We have just completed selling and buying two properties and Cooper Nimmo acted for us on both. The two solicitors involved were PHILIP and ALIX who throughout the process kept us abreast of what was happening and the progress we were making and were always approachable and friendly.
Allthough there were some complications with one of the properties PHILIP and ALIX pushed the sale through for which we were very grateful. This company is highly recommended and we will use them again if needed.

I was surprised by the fee I had to pay, great value for money, and I was kept in touch with emails and phone calls threw out my experience with this company, I appreciate everything the staff helped me with, all of the staff were very nice and helpful. I will definitely use this company again 😁
