Phil & Alex supported us through the sale of my mothers property. Normally a straight forward transaction however, living in Devon and the house in Blackpool, compounded by a series of false starts. When the sale eventually went through, it was done with the buyer wanting to complete within a week. Phil & Alex puled out all the stops and went over and above, ensuring that the sale went through within the timelines that were being driven by the buyer. A huge thank you for all you did.

I recently completed a sale and purchase with Phil & Alix. Matters became complicated on both sides of the transaction and both were so helpful throughout. I was purchasing for the second time but this was my first time selling a property.
Both Phil & Alix took time to explain things to me and I learned a lot about the conveyancing process - things I probably should’ve been made aware of as a first time buyer 6 years ago! It came to light that some matters were brushed over in 2018 when I was purchasing the property I was now selling that should’ve been dealt with by my previous Solicitors at the time. On reflection, I feel I was probably not looked after very well by the previous local firm and would advise any first time buyers especially to go with a firm as helpful as Cooper Nimmo have been for me this time around. They made me feel at ease throughout the transaction, would instruct them again in the future.
