No communication had to keep ringing them absolutely rude on the phone saying I was lying they said that they tried to ring me a couple of times no missed calls on my phone but apparently I'm a liar went to the office wouldn't let me in tried to deal with me in a corridor tried taking my passport to photocopy but wouldn't let me be there then the director hallsall blatantly lied to my face showed me a copy of her phone records said there she tried to ring you pointed out that that was an incoming call from me still called me a liar even though the evidence was in front of her eyes very unprofessional people rude and down right disgusting on what is a very difficult time with my mum passing wouldn't use this bunch of charlatans if they paid me looking at all the other reviews it seems there better at messing people about rather then concentrating on what they get paid for also reporting them to the law society
