From a Will to probate very professional and friendly.

I don’t have much experience with lawyers or law firms at all but I was very pleased at how friendly and professional everyone at EMD have been, very thorough and knowledgeable in every aspect and keeping me informed at every point. Amanda in particular has been a great help at explaining what the process is, what is needed from me and what she will do. Costs all very clear too. Will be using them again.

Our family had used EMD Law previously and had been pleased with the service so I engaged them to prepare LPAs for my wife and me. The fees were very competitive and the service provided throughout was excellent. I have subsequently commissioned them to deal with my late brother's estate. Recommended.

I can highly recommend the Conveyancing team, being Nicola and Natasha, at EMD Law. They were efficient, helpful, polite and professional throughout the process of selling my mum’s house. My own experience of EMD Law has been first class in every way! I have used them for the conveyancing of my father's apartment, the sale of my house and the purchase of another.
They are friendly and approachable, knowledgeable and at the end of the phone most of the time when you need help.
They may not be the cheapest solicitors around but you get what you pay for and I believe I had good value for money.
They are informal but professional and care about their clients so I would not hesitate to recommend their services and I shall certainly use them again.

We believe that visiting a solicitor should not be a frightening or daunting experience and we do our utmost to put our clients at ease, whilst still remaining professional in our approach to their legal problem. Clients are provided with a cost estimate at the beginning of every matter so there are no unpleasant surprises when they are invoiced. We are happy to discuss payment by instalments as we think everyone has the right to obtain good quality legal advice, but realize that it is often difficult to pay for it upfront. We pride ourselves on being a friendly, professional, and accommodating law firm in Kent and East Sussex, providing an approachable and efficient service. We can offer wheelchair access at both our Kent and East Sussex offices and home/office visits and late-night appointments for commuters upon request.
