Amanda is an excellent litigator dealing with all types of dispute resolution and litigation matters, including personal injury and clinical negligence claims. Amanda also has a passion for disability rights and welfare benefits; she is a strong advocate in making sure people are claiming what they are rightfully entitled to. Amanda also deals with probate and estate administration matters and can help take away some of the administrative burdens that dealing with the probate of a loved one can bring. Amanda is able to see clients in either our Kent or East Sussex offices. Amanda likes to spend any spare time that she has with her children and 11 grandchildren or watching cookery programmes!

From a Will to probate very professional and friendly.
I don’t have much experience with lawyers or law firms at all but I was very pleased at how friendly and professional everyone at EMD have been, very thorough and knowledgeable in every aspect and keeping me informed at every point. Amanda in particular has been a great help at explaining what the process is, what is needed from me and what she will do. Costs all very clear too. Will be using them again.
