Superb service as always
I have used Andrew Lee and Co. Several times now for house sale/purchase instructions. Every time their work has been thorough and quick. Send an email and invariably you will get a reply within a couple of hours. They had two solicitors working on my behalf, so no issues when one goes on holiday it’s always covered unlike many other solicitors who always seem to fall back on the ‘He/she has been on holiday’ excuse. Wished I had come across these solicitors at an earlier date as have had too many solicitors who do not come up to scratch against this team. Also, have previously gone down the online route to save a few hundred pounds. But the resulting poor performance and the stress it causes it really is not worth considering.
