Sadly used WYM for two jobs, a sale and a purchase. Both experiences were awful. The purchase completed and we moved in over 2 months ago and we are still waiting for final completion statements and we are owed over £1000 which they incorrectly have invoiced us for.
Communication has been the worst issue, constantly having to phone, email and chase simple things. There home working/IT set up is not up to standard. They do not return calls, emails, and this has got worse since completing.
Team Shetal was the worse of the two teams we were using, with her colleague Racha. The other parties solicitors, our estate agent and mortgage adviser plus removal company have said how awful this company has been to deal with.
On one occasion I was sent another customers address and bank details. We have been chasing a resolution to these problems for months with a full investigation promised by Shetal but since completion NOTHING. Despite "completion" they have not completed our cases as they have not been able to provide final completion statements, multiple have been issued with errors within them.
We have raised a case and working with the financial ombudsmen to get this resolved.
Frustratingly I think it would only take an hour to wort this out, but nobody at WYM seem to want to answer our calls, emails. Next step is logging this with the Police. We just want our case resolved and monies refunded for the incorrectly invoiced.
Sadly this has been the most stressful thing either myself and partner have been through and we do not wish others to have to go through this.
Please, please do not use this company.
