Our first house was in Hertfordshire eventually leading to the present, but in the moves we also moved to a large London firm of solicitors. Now retired we have moved the battlelines back to Hertfordshire and are delighted with the help we have received from Longmores with our estate. I was pleased to meet Richard again when he recently arranged to set up a new discretionary trust. He has a professional approach whilst being able to explain the procedure in a manner that was easy to understand. We instructed Longmores following referral from our industry governing body to assist with a Director's shareholder dispute. Longmores, John Wiblin in particular was informative, robust and aggressive in asserting our position resulting in a better result than anticipated. There is no doubt without their support our position and indeed settlement will have been much more onerous. Whilst expensive, the old adage 'you get what you pay for' is appropriate. My business partner and I are very satisfied to have the matter fairly settled and behind us.
