Will & Property Advise

Richard Horwood provided advise to our family concerning personal Wills. He explained everything very clearly and provided excellent advise.

I would have no hesitation in recommending his services to others.

As usual, Charles had everything at his fingertips and was able to explain clearly and concisely the various scenarios open to us.

Thank you

I found myself needing legal advice and guidance for the first time which I found very daunting and worrying. Luckily I found Hayley at Longmores Solicitors. From the initial phone call and during our meeting and correspondence, I felt very reassured and confident I had found exactly the right solicitor for me. Hayley is extremely professional yet friendly and approachable. She has an extensive knowledge of the law but was able to simplify and explain the way forward. She is understanding but most importantly for me was very empathetic towards the situation I found myself in and how it was making me feel. I am very confident to recommend Hayley to my friends and family knowing that they will be in the best and safest hands.

Conveyancing review

Louise Beaumont is a very good conveyancing solicitor. I had several questions for her and she always answered them swiftly and always rang me back if I rang the office and she wasn't there at that time. She also rang me back once on her day off work and again on the morning she was going on holiday as she knew I was worried about one particular issue. We had a short chain, only two of us, but the whole process from engaging her to completion only took eight weeks and Louise was excellent throughout.

Charles provided an excellent and respectful service, thank you

I can't thank Charles Fraser enough for his advice and approach at a very difficult time for an elderly relative who was suddenly and unexpectedly incapacitated through illness. Charles was instantly available to discuss the issues on the phone, gave clear and helpful advice, following this up with face-to-face appointments at a difficult location, whilst ensuring to minimise additional costs. My relative was instantly at ease with Charles and reassured that his affairs would be in order. Charles' attitude to his clients makes it clear why he is a STEP/Lifetime lawyer and we will certainly approach Longmores again should we need advice in this area in future. Thank you.

I have just completed the sale of my property assisted by Longmores who handled the conveyancing process on my behalf. From start to finish communication and correspondence was efficient and well managed. Any discussions I needed to have were straight forward and with best advice given. Their fees were fair and reasonable for the conveyance, the process was speedy and as a result I am very happy to recommend their business very favourably. Nick

We instructed Longmores following referral from our industry governing body to assist with a Director's shareholder dispute. Longmores, John Wiblin in particular was informative, robust and aggressive in asserting our position resulting in a better result than anticipated. There is no doubt without their support our position and indeed settlement will have been much more onerous. Whilst expensive, the old adage 'you get what you pay for' is appropriate. My business partner and I are very satisfied to have the matter fairly settled and behind us.

Hope we don't need to face similar in future, but will be back if we do! Thanks

Longmores were excellent. Nat Young was very good at quickly understanding a very complex situation and acting while being mindful of costs. As things progressed as I was pleased to be supported by John Wiblin who supported me through a very challenging resolution.
