Sale of property
Uzma dealt with the sale of our house and kept us informed all the way. The deadline was tight but Uzma kept it moving smoothly so that completion happened within the timeline. Really pleased with the whole process and have used Longmores for other services in the past which have also been handled professionally.

Residential Property
Longmores Service was very thorough and professional. Communications were frequent and we did not have any trouble making contact at any time during the process. As first time buyers it would have been useful to have received some sort of welcome pack explaining the whole process including what was required at each stage. At times it felt like we were asked to provide documentation etc. with no prior warning which caused stress as we were eager not to hold the process up. We also felt that our views weren't always asked for and instead assumptions were made as to what we may or may not want in relation to the conveyancing process. It would also have been useful to have regular updates during the process, without having to call and chase ourselves. Even if this was weekly it would have been very much appreciated.

Excellent experience from beginning to end
Longmores solicitors came highly recommended & did not disappoint. We were first time buyers who knew very little but Uzma Saleem was a breath of fresh air, she was extremely knowledgeable, super efficient, called when she said she would, was reassuring & took the time to explain things. Most definitely a 5 * rating.
