Exceptional service and a pleasure

an extremely positive experience, with our solicitor dealing with things promptly and efficiently. Excellent communication and support during the whole process, including challenging the vendor solicitors over some matters. Tenacious in getting the vendor solicitor to take a view and come to a compromise, the entire sale process was completed within, approximately eight weeks

I can not recommend Jade highly enough! I have used Jade for a number of purchases and she is excellent. She is very thorough, extremely efficient, explains everything every step of the way and makes what can be a very stressful process extremely easy. She goes above and beyond and is a credit to Bramsdon & Childs.

Regardless of the fact both himself and Elizabeth Barlow managed to win the dispute and get our desired outcome, it would have been a pleasure to deal with them no matter the result as they articulated their work at every move and provided grate guidance.

I could not recommend Hannah and her team highly enough. They are fantastic. From purchasing to moving in the whole process only took 8 weeks which is unheard of but it's because of how efficient they are and how extremely helpful and reachable they are. I wouldn't use anyone else now after using them.
