OVER 50 CASES AND NOT ONCE LET ME DOWN…

As an estate agent I deal with the good, the bad and the ugly in terms of conveyancing solicitors but Hannah Rafferty is in a category of her own. Superb! I recommend her regularly and she is yet to have anyone unhappy with her services and her communicative approach is unlike that of many other solicitors - she often comes to me to with updates.

She also did my own sale and purchase last year which of course, flew through…

Megan, her paralegal, is a close 2nd in terms of sales person you want acting on your file!

Carrie, Theresa & Cherry in the office are all lovely to deal with too…

Representation from Serhan

Serhan was incredibly professional and diligent throughout a year long legal dispute.

Regardless of the fact both himself and Elizabeth Barlow managed to win the dispute and get our desired outcome, it would have been a pleasure to deal with them no matter the result as they articulated their work at every move and provided grate guidance.

Would thoroughly recommend!

Bramsdon & Childs, and Hannah Rafferty in particular, were excellent for my recent house sale.
It wasn't a straightforward transaction, yet Hannah remained focused and professional throughout, keeping us informed and explaining our options at every turn. Hannah was proactive at communicating, which I haven't always found to be true when dealing with solicitors in the past. If it hadn't been for Hannah and our excellent estate agent (Neil Thorpe from Nexa), I think the sale may have fallen through.
5 stars, would definitely recommend Hannah and Bramsdon & Childs.

After wasting 18mths trying to solve an issue selling a flat with another solicitor I contacted Hannah at Bramsdon and Child's and she sorted it out quickly and cost effectively. A great firm, I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them.
