Legal assistance with the sale of my company.

I felt form my International enquiry that my call was Important. From my enquiry an email was sent to the prospective buyers solicitor and the process was underway, no obligation was called for at this point. My sale is now complete and I was given first class service, Zaeem the solicitor dealing with my sale took his time to explain all aspects of the sale and the future events which needed to take place. All works were conducted in a timely, friendly and professional manner.

Final account 3 times plus the initial fixed fee quote

The firm are a capable property practice who assisted us recently with a commercial transaction.

It is a privilege for solicitors to be able to charge fees in excess £300 per hour. At this level the service on every aspect should be 5 star. Sadly this was not the case.

Steel Raymond are not capable of providing regular and easy to understand cost updates. They are however very capable of double counting. Please ensure if you decide to work with them anything quoted as a fixed cost is not subsequently charged as an extra.

I was really impressed with Steele Raymond. We’re using them again already. Previously we were with a competitor solicitor and the positive difference moving to Steele Raymond is huge. None of that usual feeling you get everyone these days where everyone is too overloaded to get anything done and you have to do the driving to keep it moving. A great proactive service, decent advice if you want it and speed. I’m hardly seeing this anywhere else these days and would thoroughly recommend.
