I tried mediation with my ex husband but found it didn't help. My mum got given Dan's business card from K J Smith Solicitors in Southampton at a work event so I thought I would give them a try. Through using K J Smith solicitors I finally got a resolution and managed to come to an agreement with my ex husband and proceed with the divorce. Found Dan very professional and efficient

I would like to thank Robyn and Lydia for their advice, guidance, and professionalism throughout my case. From our very first meeting, I was impressed by Robyn’s depth of knowledge and clear, decisive approach.
While communication from my ex-wife’s solicitor was aggressive, argumentative, and unconstructive, Robyn’s responses were the complete opposite. Her letters were clear, measured, and focused on finding constructive solutions. She remained focused on the facts, skillfully disregarding distractions and baseless demands.
Going through the divorce process was incredibly stressful and unpleasant, compounded by outdated laws that feel misaligned with modern life. However, Robyn was excellent at explaining these legal complexities, ensuring I was grounded in facts rather than emotions.
I would not hesitate to recommend Robyn’s services.
