Extremely grateful

You are in danger of collecting a fan club! We are extremely grateful for what you have done for us, even the agent commented that it was probably the fastest exchage of contracts he has ever known.

Safe hands

just wanted to say a huge thank you to you, Molly and the team for everything you have done for us with moving house - youve all worked so hard and extremely fast for us and were eternally grateful. This has been such a big move for us, especially while being heavily pregnant! We felt very much in safe hands with you, so thank you so much.

James Burford and team have just completed on my sale and purchase and they have all been outstanding throughout the whole process. Choosing a good solicitor is key and I can’t recommend Scott Bailey enough. They are proactive and keep you fully up to speed throughout with emails and calls. You can always get hold of someone from the team and if no one is available you get a call back very promptly. 100% satisfied with their service.

A brilliant team making house-buying less stressful. A professional, organised team who communicate clearly and patiently. I was regularly kept updated about the process and completed within 11 weeks thanks to Victoria chasing documents independently when the seller's solicitor did not provide them. The team of paralegals (including Molly) deserve special recognition too as they are quick to respond to emails and kept me informed throughout.

Having had a poor experience selling my property using another Lymington-based solicitor, Scott Bailey are the best solicitors in the area. Highly recommend.

I had a smooth conveyancing process with both my sale and purchase and have nothing but positive comments about my solicitor. Customer service is great and the staff are very knowledgeable, responsive and reassuring. Would give them 10/10 if I could, 5 stars is not enough.

As a first time buyer I was nervous and unsure of the process. Daniel at Scott Bailey took me through everything and explained everything in great detail which put my mind at rest. The whole experience was very slick and they were always contactable when I had questions. If I move house again I wouldn’t hesitate in using them again! Thank you Scott Bailey Solicitors!

Conveyancing department at Scott Bailey were professionally outstanding, our main contact was James Burford.

Communication with the whole Team was seamless. We carried through three different property transactions over a period of 6 months (each stressful and needing to address many outside considerations/hurdles). Any queries or progress updates were answered within 24 hours, each of the team were able to continue the process even when James was on another call, dealing with other matters or away from the office. The team were proactive and confident to legally think ‘outside the box’ in order to reach a satisfactory solution and completion for all parties.

Fee structure and invoicing was clearly itemised and transparent.

Thank you
