Law Together LLP

Law together have been dealing with my claim for a year and a half; the response is awful; if I am lucky, I get one-liners. My case is regarding a fall. I supplied photos, evidence, and an MRI scan, and now they are saying after a year and a half, I need to get another MRI scan from their doctor, but they have not arranged an appointment (4 months on)—poor communication. I have read previous reviews, and I agree with the poor ones. They will quickly send you letters relating to their fees but no help in actually progressing my case. Very strange! If I could leave and move my case else where I would.

Thomas has been dealing with my stage 1 so far and he was been fantastic.
I spoke to 3 different firms when I had my accident and decided to go with LawTogether solely based off my interaction with Thomas! The other 2 firms couldn't even handle the introduction stage efficiently, they paled into insignificance in comparison to Thomas' opening performance!
He has been efficient, thorough, professional, compassionate, kind and so patient with me, I was in such a bad way when it happened I didn't know whether I was coming or going most days, my symptoms were akin to a body concussion, so migraines from the devil, I was in so much pain, I wasn't even thinking straight most of the time, but he was so patient and kind. I wanted to get the claim going asap but maybe I should have waited till I felt a bit better, bless him, he still managed to extract the info he needed from me professionally, efficiently but compassionately. I wish he was seeing my case all the way through, even if another solicitor has to intervene for stage 2, I think they should let the initial solicitor oversee the case, I would have like to have had Thomas oversee it all as his efficiency and professionalism was excellent, kept me up to date with every single little thing, responded to me immediately, I cant complain about him or the service he has given me.
I am currently being moved to stage 2! Good lord the Stage 2 reviews below are a bit concerning!
I hope I don't go through any of that!
I cant comment review for the firm as I have only dealt with Thomas and my claim is still going through the firm, if it said describe my interaction so far, I could have, as Thomas has been great, but my claim is still ongoing with the firm and I don't know who I get next or how that will go, so, I can only comment positively on Thomas, so I will update this again once I get to the other side of the Claim.

This so-called Law Together Law firm is a complete mess! You MUST avoid them at all cost because they FAIL even before they try! They have no pedigree and easily FRET at a single letter from the opponents! They simply obey the commands of the opponents and work AGAINST their own clients! If there was a zero rating, I would give it! They’re a DISGRACE! AVOID AT ALL COST!!!!!

I have had a brilliant experience with Law Together from start to finish. Their communication has been excellent throughout and informed me fully at each stage of the process, as well as giving clear advice. Most importantly, I have the outcome I wanted thanks to them. Would highly recommend.

It really feels like I wasted my time with this firm. I was strung along for over a year only to have my case dropped once they thought there was no chance of winning. Or at least this is how it appears to me. The reason for my case being dropped has still not been satisfactorily explained, so I suspect it was because they had to do something other than send out standard emails to earn their 25%. I’m sure a better law firm would have been able to drive a bus through my defendant’s response. I gave strong reasoning and evidence that contradicted all the points they made but it feels like Law Together didn’t even read my reply, let alone show a willingness to challenge the defendant.

And as for this responsive and compassionate service they advertise. Well, I didn’t receive any of that. I often had to contact them for updates, I could go weeks before my emails were replied to and I never once had a conversation with my Stage 2 solicitor about my case. She seemed more interested in telling me about her hourly rate than any of the emails I sent her. I’m left with the strong impression that she never read them. Then to close the case I was sent one cold, unsympathetic email and that was that! No empathy shown at all. And when I complained, all I received was a lot of bluster and gaslighting.

This is the first time I’ve used a NWNF law firm but I’m sure there must be better than this out there. I would shop around if I were you.

I contacted Law Together following an accident in which I sustained an injury with a street trader.
I was not expecting to win anything but Law Together were always efficient, and persistent and even when I was not always available to respond to their emails or calls, they persevered and I was very pleased with the final outcome, and very grateful for their tenacity.

I filed the claim with Law Together 6 months after my incident. Rachel Topper was handling my case from start to end and the service has been top notch. She was pro-active, professional and easy to deal through out the process. The documentation, facts and narrative of my case was filed accurately in all honesty and sufficeint guidance was provided as well. I'd 100% recommend it and my claim was successful in one go.
