This so-called Law Together Law firm is a complete mess! You MUST avoid them at all cost because they FAIL even before they try! They have no pedigree and easily FRET at a single letter from the opponents! They simply obey the commands of the opponents and work AGAINST their own clients! If there was a zero rating, I would give it! They’re a DISGRACE! AVOID AT ALL COST!!!!!

It really feels like I wasted my time with this firm. I was strung along for over a year only to have my case dropped once they thought there was no chance of winning. Or at least this is how it appears to me. The reason for my case being dropped has still not been satisfactorily explained, so I suspect it was because they had to do something other than send out standard emails to earn their 25%. I’m sure a better law firm would have been able to drive a bus through my defendant’s response. I gave strong reasoning and evidence that contradicted all the points they made but it feels like Law Together didn’t even read my reply, let alone show a willingness to challenge the defendant.

And as for this responsive and compassionate service they advertise. Well, I didn’t receive any of that. I often had to contact them for updates, I could go weeks before my emails were replied to and I never once had a conversation with my Stage 2 solicitor about my case. She seemed more interested in telling me about her hourly rate than any of the emails I sent her. I’m left with the strong impression that she never read them. Then to close the case I was sent one cold, unsympathetic email and that was that! No empathy shown at all. And when I complained, all I received was a lot of bluster and gaslighting.

This is the first time I’ve used a NWNF law firm but I’m sure there must be better than this out there. I would shop around if I were you.

I contacted Law Together following an accident in which I sustained an injury with a street trader.
I was not expecting to win anything but Law Together were always efficient, and persistent and even when I was not always available to respond to their emails or calls, they persevered and I was very pleased with the final outcome, and very grateful for their tenacity.

I filed the claim with Law Together 6 months after my incident. Rachel Topper was handling my case from start to end and the service has been top notch. She was pro-active, professional and easy to deal through out the process. The documentation, facts and narrative of my case was filed accurately in all honesty and sufficeint guidance was provided as well. I'd 100% recommend it and my claim was successful in one go.
