Woeful service attention to detail and comminication
After registering for the dieselgate compensation claims with this firm, they asked for information that had been provided, never communicated progress and exactly a year later said they couldn’t deal with my claim and asked me to go elsewhere despite both vehicles qualifying as dieselgate cases. To exacerbate their poor communication policy they don’t answer their phones either (multiple numbers) this is evidently intentional avoidance and shows this to be a below par firm with poor policies!
