House sale.

We used JMR whilst buying a house. What should have been a very simple sale, what with there being no chain and we being first time buyers, turned into an almost 5 month ordeal, where our original paralegal was seemingly sacked (and we were then sent warning emails from JMR not to send our bank details to the employee, as if they had been trying to sc*m people post sacking) and the management showing no sense of empathy or leadership throughout the whole process. On top of all this, JMR’s communication was woeful. I wasn’t going to post a review as eventually the next paralegal we dealt with did a really sound job, however now, over 2 months after the sale has been completed, JMR has got back in touch requesting we send them documents again that we sent months ago as they now have requisitions from HMLR, one of which being to fix spelling mistakes in my name. Awful awful experience. Avoid JMR.

Disappointing

I am currently in the process of purchasing a house and thus far, my experience with JMR has been extremely disappointing. Despite my efforts to reach out for updates and assistance, there has been little to no response from them. This lack of communication has left me feeling extremely anxious and unsure about the progress of my purchase. It's very frustrating and upsetting to be left in the dark during such an important transaction. As it currently stands, I have paid for a service which I have recieved no evidence of being carried out (they were assigned in late January, it is now mid-April).

I had really hoped for better service, professionalism, and clearer communication throughout the process, and I hope the company endeavors to improve this going forward.

As such, I would caution others to consider their lack of responsiveness and communication before choosing this firm for their conveyancing needs.

Could not recommend them more!

Buying my first home as someone with no idea what to do and where to go, JMR Solicitors exceeded my every expectation.

Ramish Noon supported me every step of the way and went above and beyond in breaking things down as someone with little to no knowledge when it comes to buying a property.

I can honestly say as a client I felt completely safe in Ramish’s hands. I would not hesitate to recommend Ramish and JMR if you want a personal, professional and efficient service with property. Thank you so so much JMR Solicitors for helping me make my dream come true!

What a team!!

This is a very serious and hard-working group of solicitors and maybe the reason why they are so conscious is because they are women!
We could never meet up because we live abroad so everything was dealt with from remote with great professionality and always keeping us on the loop of any delay. We wish them all the best for the future and we are sure they will keep being successful. We couldn’t be more fortunate to have had the opportunity to have their services available to us.
