Very polite, professional,Jamie understood everything about the damage

Really happy about the service I received. Everything was very clear and through the start. Jamie was brilliant she has managed to get my landlord to sort out all the repair in my home and getting new roof done brilliant.
Without this solicitor it wouldn't have been sorted. At Rowanrose I would definitely recommend them everything went smoothly they have best solicitors for house disrepaired as house associations landlord’s do ignore you and don't repair houses when needed urgently.

About this branch

Description

We offer a range of services from pursuing Council and Housing Association Landlords for claims of disrepair to claims against lenders for secret commissions, PPI claims, Rejected PPI along with claims under s.75 of the Consumer Credit Act where creditors can be held liable for goods and services that have been purchased using credit. In particular we act for many clients in respect of the misrepresentations that lead clients into purchasing solar PV systems. We only work for consumers so have no connections with any of the lenders. Where possible we are able to offer a “no win, no fee” agreement. This means even if your case is not successful you are not responsible for our fees. However, this doesn’t mean you won’t be responsible for the other side’s costs. We therefore recommend that you take out a policy of insurance to cover you for such eventualities. This is called After the Event Insurance. We are able to put this in place for you in the event you don’t have any other insurance that may protect you from legal costs.
