First class professional service for property professionals

My company has used Martin Hallam at Gunnercooke LLP for a number of years and time and again he has not only worked very hard indeed on each project but spotted important details missed by other legal professionals. Martin and Gunnercooke deliver a forensic approach but with a strong practical and pragmatic streak too so they never lose sight of what the client actually wants to achieve. Brilliant stuff and fair pricing too. Highly recommended for Options, Promotions, Conditional Contracts, Overage or Supplemental Deeds and related commercial, residential and top-flight property transactions.

Poor advice and over charing

This review is for a different branch.

Hired Sarah Armstrong to help with an employment matter. Sadly the advice wasn't helpful and instead I incurred fees without a successful outcome.
I stopped using them and settled the matter myself with an increased financial award.
Then their bills arrived charging for work Sarah decided to do without my agreement.
I would not recommend them.
