Can not speak to anyone

So it’s been a long process with this company, but on the 14th of July 2023 I accepted an offer for a payout, since then NO contact I was ringing them a couple of times a week and Ben winter who has been dealing with my claim is just impossible to speak to each time they said they would get someone to call me back, and nothing no response to emails. I am now in the process of trying to find a solicitor to deal with this all in all would not recommend they must of had my funds transferred to them by now as I have been advised and they are choosing not to pass the funds on to me.

Originally found clear legal marketing on Instagram, instructed them to chase a claim against amigo loans and they succeeded. Very happy, thank you
