I had an accident in my Mobile Dog Grooming Van - the van was written off. I received a write off figure for the van but not for the sign writing of the new or the refurbishment of the fitting of panelling and equipment inside the van. I am part of a franchise so I was governed by the franchise. The total amount for the refurbishment was £9k + and my wife fought hard to try and get some of the monies back but to no avail . The 3rd party Insurers were not prepared to discuss let alone pay anything. Canford Law came to our aid. All contact was by email which helped the process no end. We have just been informed by Canford Law that the 3rd party insurers have agreed to pay the full amount outside of court. We could not have achieved this amazing result without Canford Law's expertise. I really cannot fault them. They are amazing

This Practice handled my RTA claim very well from day 1. Received quick response to emails, good advice from Kerry & Ben and the final settlement with 3rd party seemed fair. The Practice were happy to take case to Court if I'd wished but based on overall advice from them I decided to settle out-of-court. Be prepared for long wait tho' as Courts still have backlog due to Covid shut-down...my RTA was Aug 2022 and I rec'd settlement-cheque, Nov 2023.
