The conveyancing process in order to sell my parents flat in Manchester was undertaken by Emma Jeffrey who had to deal with the very unusual circumstance of my sister; POA for our parents, passing away suddenly early on in the process and at this devastating time I had to take over as now sole, POA. Emma was very understanding, professional and helpful in navigating me through the processes at a very difficult and challenging time and even to the point where she was aware of the funeral date and took note to ensure I did not receive any phone calls etc at that time.
