Cordelia Grassby was THE best conveyancer one could have to manage a sale and purchase. She was fast, efficient, polite, great communicator, great with slow and lazy solicitors - knew how to handle them, as well as estate agents. Also Thomas was excellent. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Cordelia Grassby to anyone.

I wouldn't hesitate in recommending Nikki Bradley who was brilliant for me. I spoke to Nikki regarding some issues I was having with my ex-wife over childcare arrangements. Nikki was really helpful from the start, she contacted me back and within one phone call she swiftly got a grasp of the situation. She clearly explained what my options were, as well as giving me a clear indication of the cost. Most importantly Nikki really listened to what I had to say and she understood the problems I was facing. Following my conversation with her I felt reassured and knew where I stood legally. If I could give less, I would! Told them I had a £6,000 -£7,000 budget, they always wanted teams meetings with me and 2 solicitors, charging me for both the lawyer and someone to ‘take notes’ after rinsing me of £17,000 I finally cut ties with them and now sending bailiffs to my home for money I have already paid which is now £3000 due to their fees! Avoid like the plague!! Absolute money scammers!!
