Simply impressed.
Having been through the buying process before through a recommended solicitor that was unresponsive and tended to claim the “possible” was “impossible”, I was admittedly skeptical when my estate agent recommended HPL and specifically Cordelia and her team. However, I couldn’t have been happier. Cordelia and her team moved me through the process with transparency, accessibility and went above and beyond to ensure my interests were protected (even when I didn’t even know they needed to be). I hope to work with them again in the future and couldn’t recommend enough.

Cordelia was excellent and our experience with beyond was excellent with dealing with the sellers solicitors who did not appear to be professional at all. Even after exchanging we found the sellers had left a lot of junk at the house and Cordelia resolved the issue and found a solution the same day. I would definetely recomend her to anyone buying a house.

Cannot fault the service
We cannot fault the service provided by Cordelia. We have just purchased our first home via modern method of auction and had heard all of the horror stories about solicitors but Cordelia was a pleasure to deal with. She was excellent at keeping us in the loop, fantastic communication and helped us to complete within our specified time frame. We would 100% recommend for anyone buying any property - thanks again for all your hard work!
