Heard nothing for ages then get email says claim unsuccessful but they taking it to the ombudsman waited ages again now getting emails of them wanting me to click a link for some company to gain acces to my bank for statements to check the affordability claim I’m not giving acces to my bank
now they are saying they will close the case if I don’t give this company access to my bank account and send me an invoice to be paid in full straight away this is no win no fee apparently
