Disappointing ExperieI’ve had a frustrating experience with Montpellier during the purchase of a new property. Communication has been consistently poor, despite raising concerns multiple times. Emails went unacknowledged, responses were delayed (sometimes taking over a week), and when replies did arrive, they were often incomplete or lacked detail.

As a client making a significant purchase, I expected regular updates, reassurance, and professionalism, none of which were delivered. Even basic information, such as an estimated completion date, was not provided.

I cannot recommend Montpellier based on my experience. If you value responsiveness and clear communication during a stressful and high-stakes process like buying a property, I’d advise looking elsewhere.

We had a bit of a derailment within a few days of exchange, but George was as helpful and patient as usual .
He guided us through the whole procedure with kindness and understanding. We felt we had the best of the 3 parties involved. Montpellier came highly recommended and we will do the same. Thank you all.

The Sale of our Property took over 6 months to Complete but if it hadn’t been for Sophie from Montpellier Legal, I think I would have gone mad! She steered us through very difficult times in a very professional, proactive and empathetic manner. She was always on hand to answer any queries, give advice or just to gain an update from. I can honestly say that nothing seemed too much trouble to Sophie and she always responded to my emails and phone calls.
Sophie was a delight to do business with…if she said she was going to do something it was done!
