The Sale of our Property took over 6 months to Complete but if it hadn’t been for Sophie from Montpellier Legal, I think I would have gone mad! She steered us through very difficult times in a very professional, proactive and empathetic manner. She was always on hand to answer any queries, give advice or just to gain an update from. I can honestly say that nothing seemed too much trouble to Sophie and she always responded to my emails and phone calls.
Sophie was a delight to do business with…if she said she was going to do something it was done!
If you are looking for someone to do the legal work on buying and selling property look no further than Sophie Harkness. She is 5star worthy.

From the initial contact all the way through to completion, there were no delays, always clear communication from Hope, Georgia and Ollia, plus the app provided immediate and reassuring updates of progress. The process was unlike any drawn out, abstruse
conveyancing I’ve experienced in the past, Montpellier were totally transparent, kept up a sense of momentum with swift replies and clear explanations. What has previously been a painfully drawn out process, was made smooth and clear. Cannot recommend highly enough
