Restored our faith!!!!!

We have had awful experiences with solicitors, whilst buying and then selling our last house.

Montpellier Legal have completely restored our faith. We went through the Gloucester branch and were given a fantastic team. Everything was dealt with promptly and we were kept informed throughout.

They have an app that was absolutely brilliant and so easy to use.

Special mention to George and Pheobe who's professionalism was unmatched.

Disappointing Experience with Montpellier

Disappointing ExperieI’ve had a frustrating experience with Montpellier during the purchase of a new property. Communication has been consistently poor, despite raising concerns multiple times. Emails went unacknowledged, responses were delayed (sometimes taking over a week), and when replies did arrive, they were often incomplete or lacked detail.

As a client making a significant purchase, I expected regular updates, reassurance, and professionalism, none of which were delivered. Even basic information, such as an estimated completion date, was not provided.

I cannot recommend Montpellier based on my experience. If you value responsiveness and clear communication during a stressful and high-stakes process like buying a property, I’d advise looking elsewhere.
