Had no time for me!

Telephoned to arrange a meeting so i could arrange my will and see the benefits of making them my executer taking the pressure of a member of my family to be responsible. I never managed to speak to Lynn but a member of staff named Julie advised they were too busy and to maybe look at another solicitor, which i did and got everything set up with Smith and Grant who couldn't of been more helpful and professional.

I do think Julie was rude and certainly had no time for my enquiry, but to lose a customer that easy surely is far from professional, But in long run i am all set and the worry of caring for my loved ones has lifted, thank you SMITH AND GRANT .

Unprofessional rude and clearly incompetent was paid thousands of pounds to do a report that was supposed to be impartial ! Miss Herbert turned up and upon meeting me was immediately rude and judgemental obviously she had made up her mind before she had even met me she did not report the facts instead reported a pack of lies and inaccuracies worded to suit her own pre formed views without looking at the facts any lawyer with an ounce of decency would have been more diligent and professional when dealing with a family matter made my daughter cry an absolute disgrace to her profession and someone who should not be allowed to visit family’s and speak to children. And to add her views of an assault on a 12 year old child in her own bedroom she describes it as understandable ! While the police child protection team see it as assault and threatening and abusive behaviour towards a child but Miss Herberts view is it’s just understandable. This woman is not competent in any way.
