Drink Driving Case

Richard handled my case really well. He is very approachable and provides clear, realistic advice. He came into his own when the prosecution went off-piste in court, forcing him to shift his planned approach. His knowledge of the law, tenacity and excellent advocacy skills secured me almost the minimum penalty, and less than I was expecting. I would definitely recommend Richard.

Fantastic service from start to finish

Richard, represented me and as soon as I met him I felt at ease and as time progressed I felt even more confident in his knowledge and experience.
He was extremely professional and always responded to any calls and emails promptly and clearly explained the procedure and possible outcomes. My case was closed with no charge and I considered myself lucky I had Richard representing me. I cannot recommend him enough, I hope I won’t need his services again, however if I did I would not hesitate to contact him.

Great experience

I needed Alex for something that’d come up unexpectedly at a time where my health wasn’t great (due to stress). She was really great at keeping me up to date and getting things done quickly. I could pretty much let her deal with everything. She gave me great advice but wasn’t pushy. Definitely will keep her for future help.

Exceptional Legal Representation with Outstanding Results

I was facing a serious criminal conviction for an ABH level assault and was extremely worried about the consequences. Richard worked what I can only describe as magic. From the very start, his professionalism and dedication were evident. He persistently communicated with the CPS and Police, and through his deep understanding of the legal system, he managed to get the criminal case dropped in exchange for a conditional police caution. Richard’s experience and tenacity led to the best possible outcome for me, and I am incredibly grateful. I highly recommend his services to anyone in need of expert legal representation.

Richard Cooper the assigned solicitor for my partner’s case, got us a better outcome than we’d endeavoured. Although the case was finalised, I had a lot of questions
following this, which Mr Cooper was always at hand to answer

I was recently represented by Richard cooper for a lengthly two and a half years in what seemed like a never ending court case, during this time Richard made me feel comfortable showing compassion and understanding. The firm merged with David Charnley & Co in 2007, TNT Kelly Solicitors in 2009 and TNT Solicitors in 2011. This enabled us to extend our office presence into Romford and Grays.
