Richard, represented me and as soon as I met him I felt at ease and as time progressed I felt even more confident in his knowledge and experience.
He was extremely professional and always responded to any calls and emails promptly and clearly explained the procedure and possible outcomes. My case was closed with no charge and I considered myself lucky I had Richard representing me. I cannot recommend him enough, I hope I won’t need his services again, however if I did I would not hesitate to contact him.

I needed Alex for something that’d come up unexpectedly at a time where my health wasn’t great (due to stress). She was really great at keeping me up to date and getting things done quickly. I could pretty much let her deal with everything. She gave me great advice but wasn’t pushy. Definitely will keep her for future help.

I was facing a serious criminal conviction for an ABH level assault and was extremely worried about the consequences. Richard worked what I can only describe as magic. From the very start, his professionalism and dedication were evident. He persistently communicated with the CPS and Police, and through his deep understanding of the legal system, he managed to get the criminal case dropped in exchange for a conditional police caution. Richard Cooper the assigned solicitor for my partner’s case, got us a better outcome than we’d endeavoured. Although the case was finalised, I had a lot of questions
following this, which Mr Cooper was always at hand to answer
He’s been immensely supportive and professional, he never once made me feel that I’m bothering him. He works transparently with no sugar on top

I was recently represented by Richard cooper for a lengthly two and a half years in what seemed like a never ending court case, during this time Richard made me feel comfortable showing compassion and understanding. He is very polite, professional and hard working, his team and choice of barrister was just as amazing, to which they all worked hard in getting me the justice I deserved, should I ever need help again I would without question use Sternberg Reed again.
