I've met Sital in 2019 when I needed legal support with my family proceedings. My case was only finalised recently, however the preparation of the case and Sital's legal advice and support helped me all the way through. Sital made sure I had the best barristers with me in court.
I would like to thank Sital for her excellent work, professionalism, kindness and understanding, especially on those occasions when things were very stressful and I was extremely anxious. I always felt that however busy she was, I was always lent a sympathetic ear which was very much appreciated. I felt so lost during my family proceedings, however Sital gave me her legal advice to the best of her ability, which was always first class.
I would highly recommend Sital and her team and would definitely use them again in the future. Many many thanks again for everything, you were brilliant!

Sital Somaiya prepared my prenuptial agreement. She is extremely knowledgeable and professional. It’s never pleasant to prepare for a divorce, and I hope this document never needs to be used, however,

Instructed the firm in September via Home Legal Direct. I found the initial onboarding clear and efficient but that quickly changed. The original solicitor and support team left without being told. I only found out after being contacted by the new solicitor who advised they had picked up the case. After doing some initial work and instructing for searches to take place, my case was put down for a month even after the searches came back. The firm did not regularly respond to the sellers solicitors which caused confusion and miscommunication within the chain. When I chased I was advised my case was being picked up again by the end of the week or early the following week. This continued for a few weeks. Eventually after some chasing from myself and the sellers estate agents, my case was picked up at the start of December with requests for information from myself urgently to ensure they could still meet their planned Christmas deadline. Overall if the firm had been a lot clearer in their communication a lot of the issues could have been avoided and a degree of planning ahead for specific pieces of information and funds could have avoided unnecessary stress.
