Melissa joined Signature Law as a Paralegal in July 2024. Melissa obtained a Bachelors of Law degree in 2023 and has completed Part One of her Solicitors Qualifying Exam. Throughout her degree, she covered a range of areas of Law and has taken part in work experience programmes. This included experience in Conveyancing, Family Law, Wills and Powers of Attorney and other areas. Over her legal career, Melissa has had a great deal of exposure working closely within Family Law, where she has had a wide range of experience including cases of Domestic Abuse, Child Arrangements Proceedings, Divorce and Finance and Care Proceedings. Melissa wishes to develop her passion in Family Law particularly cases involving Domestic Abuse and Children such as Injunctions, Child Arrangements Proceedings and Care Proceedings. She aspires to qualify as a Solicitor in the near future.
