David Gregory of Kenneth, Elliot and Rowe Solicitors has been helping us with the Will of our late uncle.
I had to apply for probate on behalf of my Father who has dementia, who was the executor of my late uncles Will, and this also proceeded right through the Pandemic.
Due to this it was a complicated affair, but David Gregory handled it all perfectly. He guided us through every procedure professionaly, patiently and was always respectful. He showed complete understanding of all the legal procedures, but also showed compassion to the personal situation we found ourselves in.
I highly recommend David Gregory, and was glad that he was the solicitor who was assisting us in this affair.
