Harris Cuffaro & Nichols Solicitors, Old Harlow team, are very professional, exceptional and everyone is friendly and enthusiastic. Throughout the process they offered supported assistance and were also able to assist with questions and advice. They kept me fully informed ,answered every question promptly (even well out of office hours and on a Bank Holiday). I was delighted with the low fees they charged and I definitely got full value for money and they were worth every penny.

Having just used Harries Cuffaro and Nichol’s for the sale of a commercial property, I can not recommend them highly enough. Our contact Hassan Mahmood really helped over and above the call of duty. The process was extremely protracted and Hassan provided knowledge and assistance all the way to a successful conclusion. I will certainly engage their services in the future.

So I have recently completed on a lease for a commercial property and Hassan was super efficient in dealing with all the legals and paperwork. Harris Cuffaro and Nichols was founded in 1997 by three local Solicitors who between them had nearly 50 years experience in delivering legal services. Since then, the firm has grown from strength to strength and we have an experienced and dedicated team of Solicitors, Licenced Conveyancers, Police Station Representatives and Support Staff. Peter Cuffaro is one of the founding members of the firm and heads both our Property Department as well as our Wills and Probate team. He is assisted by Lin Plows, Licenced Conveyancer and Partner; Eva Hart, Licenced Conveyancer and Emma Marchant, Solicitor. Stuart Cooper heads our Criminal Law and Motoring department, and is assisted by Lauren Bond, Solicitor and Partner; Darren Flight, Managing Clerk; Emma Davenport, Solicitor; and Nicola Copson, Criminal Litigation Manager. The team is assisted by excellent support staff as well as Police Station Representatives, including John Moore and Louise Hobday, who are on hand 24 hours a day.
