Harris Cuffaro & Nichols Solicitors, Old Harlow team, are very professional, exceptional and everyone is friendly and enthusiastic. Throughout the process they offered supported assistance and were also able to assist with questions and advice. They kept me fully informed ,answered every question promptly (even well out of office hours and on a Bank Holiday). I was delighted with the low fees they charged and I definitely got full value for money and they were worth every penny.
I am delighted with the professional, personal service I received from the team and I now in my new home. So a massive thank you to Emma, Lisa and the team.

The rest of the chain were using remotely located large conveyancing firms and it very quickly became apparent that the professional, comprehensive and personal service we were receiving from Bradley was in a totally different league.

I can't recommend Hassan Mahmood (and his team) highly enough! He came to me with fantastic recommendations and absolutely lived up to them. Hassan facilitated the legalities of purchasing 11 properties at auction, navigating numerous legal hurdles with expertise and professionalism.
His promptness and proactive approach were truly impressive. Hassan foresaw potential issues and addressed them in advance, which significantly expedited the process. What could have been a daunting experience was made smooth and manageable under his guidance. I always felt confident that we would successfully complete each transaction.
We just wrapped up the process today, and I'm already eager to start my next property purchase. If you're looking for a solicitor who will make your property transactions seamless, Hassan is the one to choose! Highly, highly recommended!

I have used Emma Marchant at Harris Cuffaro & Nicholls for both house purchases and sales. She is always so helpful and very proactive. Emma makes the whole process very easy to understand and stressfree. Emma is always very easy to contact and if not available immediately, phones back in a very short space of time.
