Stuart heads our Criminal Litigation team and is widely regarded as one of the most skilled and professional Criminal Lawyers in the area. A talented and articulate advocate with an unrivalled reputation for results, client care and case management, Stuart is held in high regard by clients and peers alike. His robust and friendly approach has remained much sought after since he qualified as a solicitor in 1997. Now an owning partner of the firm, Stuart is a qualified duty solicitor of many years’ experience with Higher Rights of Audience in the Criminal Courts. He continues to represent clients from investigation in the Police Station through to the Magistrates and Crown Court. Client’s find reassurance in Stuart’s breadth of knowledge in all aspects of criminal law and his considered application in all stages of criminal proceedings. Stuart is also regularly instructed by clients needing help with licensing applications in relation to PHV and Hackney Carriage applications and can advise on disciplinary hearings and appeals to the Magistrates Court to challenge suspended or refused licences.
