Highly Recommend

A relative's estate in dispute for a number of years, involving a lot of legal jargon. Mr Miller is a very pleasant, professional, straight forward and efficient individual. He has given me good advice and confidence to face any legal situation. I will definitely use his services again and have passed on my experience to family and friends.

My case was quite difficult to approach and deal with and many other solicitors had just fobbed me off.
Mr Miller was empathetic and took my concerns seriously.
He drafted just one very assertive document for me and the persecution stopped completely
I shall be eternally grateful for his assistance.

Unprofessional

Mr Miller was my late father's solicitor and arranged powers of attorney for him in favour of my sister. When I contacted him on several occassions and requested a meeting he refused this was despite him knowing I had concerns about my father's care and that the powers of attorney did not properly represent my father's wishes. I was particularly concerned as one party closely involved is a bully and proud of that accolade. I felt Mr Miller was totally prejudiced against me as he never spoke to me but had a significant 'Dear Keith' relationship with my sister. He even authorized her to arrange the funeral without reference to me which he attended and knew who I was as I delivered the eulogy but still he did not speak to me.
