Honestly the worst solicitors I have ever dealt with impossible to speak to anyone other than a receptionist and get fobbed off every time saying you will get called back and it never happens. I was even told by my solicitor representing me that I would be better off finding someone else to represent me ! Please find a different firm

From the initial meet at the Police station by Emily, to support with legal aid from Jordan and a positive outcome at Court with Michael’s expertise, we could not fault this law firm. They made a horrendous ordeal more bearable and we would not hesitate to recommend them.

I have dealt with Levy & Co Solicitors throughout the whole process from Police station to conclusion of my case.
Firstly Kristina attended Southend to advise me accordingly which was great advice and She was great in interview & throughout.
After many months of no news, Levy & Co would always chase up to see if there was any movement in my case.
From this point forward I dealt with Michael Rees, who is an outstanding litigator & will tell you how it is and will not give you any false hope. Michael worked very my case to get everything in order for Steven Levy, whom represented me in court on two occasions.
Mr Levy also is an exceptional Barrister who will also not fill you with any false hope, which I believe is the best way forward. You need someone to be upfront and honest during these times and not fill you with false beliefs. He worked hard to try & get me the best outcome possible as we were on a 'uphill battle' nevertheless Steven Levy was able to do so. He has an aura about him that although he himself doesn't give you false hope, the aura will make you feel at ease as you'll feel he knows what he is doing and It's day to day business for him.
All in all my experience has been great albeit stressful for myself and I may have rang a few too many times but they were great everytime.

These people won’t fight for you.
They lead you down the garden path thinking everything will be okay and then when in court they won’t fight for you but in fact just simply keep quiet. I got a very harsh sentence for a first offence and have since seen various other solicitors whom have told me they should have fort in court for me but they never did. Just be very warned. They pretend they are there to help but they don’t do anything. Use another firm!

A accusation was made against me which was not factual, Levy &Co were my appointed solicitor on arrest, I was giving great advice from our first meeting which was under the constraints of COVID restrictions. When the case came to court their was a huge disparity on the sentencing tariff expected by the CPS and the tariff Levy & Co anticipated. I listened to the legal advice given and Levy & Co requested a Newton trial, on attending the hearing Mr Levy gave a outstanding defence statement, the CPS reviewed their stance, the magistrate found in my favour, believing my account of events. The professionalism and legal knowledge of the solicitors that represented me was outstanding. Every action taken was explained with the advantages and disadvantages being very clearly laid out. I would recommend Levy & Co as a highly motivated, passionate and professional company.

I found Levy Solicitors after being badly let down by another solicitor dealing with my case. They went above and beyond in helping in getting me a fantastic outcome. My thanks go out to Denise & Gemma and especially to Paula who on my court date was truly fantastic. I would always recommend Levy’s to anyone that needed legal help.
