James Brunton did the conveyancing on our property in Upper Corris, a few weeks after the sale we had a John Brian Roberts a local builder disputing the boundry of land that was aquired with the property, when we went to Brunton to resolve the issue he refused as Roberts is his friend, unwilling to resolve an issue with his own conveyancing and possibly involved in John Roberts nefarious activities, steer well clear for your own piece of mind
