They were polite respectable and approachable,however, it was a sensitive situation and we felt that the communication wasn't up to par, we had to chase what point we were at,paperwork wasn't always clear and at times caused stress.

We can’t recommend this firm enough, especially Elle (Eleanor Faunch). The process of buying our first home from start to finish was made so easy for us. Everything was clearly explained and we were able to ask as many questions as we needed. All of our emails were responded to quickly and communication was clear throughout the process.
As first time buyers we couldn’t ask for any better, we were given lots of advice and Elle was very friendly and approachable!

I cannot rate Rachel highly enough. The sale of my house ended up being incredibly drawn out and convoluted and Rachel was incredible throughout. She kept me informed at all times, was always clear in her messages and phone calls, and was fantastically tenacious - which was required to keep things moving! I wouldn’t hesitate in recommending Rachel - she is an absolute professional and it was a pleasure working with her.

I initially contacted Ian Harries to discuss the complex nature of my family circumstances as it related to the preparation of my final Will. After some time, and of course Ian's retirement, Rachel stepped in to take care of my situation and understood the complexity and delivered a talented and very appropriate solution which has now been executed with very little fuss.
