Rude and Incompetent

Terrible experience. They were executors and did not deal with premium bonds correctly leaving the beneficiaries out of pocket. I went to lot of effort over a number of years to try and progress and all I got was a very rude letter. I would never use these people again and also I would recommend others do not use.

Possible Court Proceedings.

Having found myself in a messy situation that required possible Court action, I cannot speak highly enough of the advice and support that I received from Bassets.
They guided me through the process and offered me the best possible advice.
Gratefully the case did not require the intervention of the Court and the situation has thankfully been resolved.

If Carlsberg did solicitors it would be Stephanie Charlesworth at Bassets. We had two properties to sell and one to buy in addition to relocating from the South East to North Yorkshire. Stephanie was professional, swift and provided excellent value for money, making a very stress free process.
Special mentions to Pauline and Tracy who assisted us also. I highly recommend Bassets and Stephanie we have been very happy with the Service provided. Paul & Christine Jackson
