After having a bad experience with another solicitors in bournemouth, I was not holding out much hope. After speaking with Charlotte Grant at Lacey’s (B’mth) my faith has been restored. Charlotte was the consummate professional that went above and beyond to help guide me with a very difficult situation. She was so kind, attentive and reassuring that I am left feeling so much better about my situation. Best Solicitors used so far - thorough & funny

This review is for a different branch.

We were given the details of Laceys solicitors in Poole road by our estate agent for their speed and they are the best solicitors we have used so far! Thorough with their questions for the property we were buying, prompt in chasing the vendors's solicitors, were friendly staff whenever we popped round, always ready to answer questions and also of good sense of humour, which helped in stressful times. Happy to recommend and will use again
