There are law firms and there are law firms. We may not be the most regular client, however it always feels good when you know your legal team have your back. It was busy summer and we forgot to submit company confirmation statement. Within a short space of time, we had calls and emails from Jamieson Alexander reminding us to take action, which they then took care of for us. Little did we know they offer this type of service to their clients on a regular basis.

This law firm messed up an important case I gave them and added tens of thousands of pounds of extra costs on my cases, I moved over to a new firm that fixed the work for a fraction of what I'd been paying Jamieson Alexander. Avoid!

Jamieson Alexander never let me down and there was no surprise with my first experience working with Mustafa being fantastic. Incredibly fast communications and the estate agents even went out of their way to say they'd never had a more professional level of service from a solicitors before. I engaged the services of Jamieson Alexander to handle the lease extension for my property on recommendation of my surveyor. I have to say they have been excellent throughout the entire process. Namely, with great communication, and help chasing up and down the chain of companies involved. Ben and Pippa at Jamieson Alexander did a stellar job.

An absolutely shocking legal firm never return calls or emails and when you contact their complainants department they never respond either !! Took my case on over 2 years ago and did absolutely nothing, there has been an investigation into this law firm regarding the handling of my case.
