Helpful and knowledgeable solicitors for RTM related services
I have used JA for the purposes of obtaining an RTM for our block of flats. Both Ben and Amy have been very helpful in informing and guiding us through the process. Regarding communication, they were prompt in getting back to you if you could not get hold of them straightaway. I greatly recommend soliciting the services of JA limited.

Leasehold extension handled professionally
We were very happy with Pippa, Amy, and the whole team at Jamieson Alexander.
They were prompt and explained everything that needed to happen throughout the process. They were faster and more knowledgeable than the solicitors of the party looking to extend their leasehold.

Professional, prompt, polite, good value
On and off I have engaged and received advice from Jamieson Alexander since 2016. They are experts in their field, I have no hesitation in recommending them. They are responsive and communicate clearly on all matters including thier fees. They have good retention of staff which is ideal when returning to any firm for advice to find the same advisors greeting you.

These lawyers are genuinely very good
I have instructed this firm on a number of land matters (lease extensions, removal of notices etc) and they are first-class.
They are competitive, efficient and highly professional. I very highly recommend them.
In particular I have been very impressed with: Ben Colenutt, Angela Morreale-Devereaux, and Amy Johnson.
