I am a landlord (based in London) of several freehold investments and my son is a property development solicitor.
Both of us were very impressed with Nick and is ability to recover ground rent and service charge arrears and deal with leasehold enfranchisement disputes between landlord and our tenants.
The advice he gives is accurate and the quality of letters he sends are concise and to the point.

Useless, Slow and incompetent. Jason Barnett arrogant and dismissive. Take a wide birth. This joker just cost us money and was never available to speak to. We ended up switching solicitors.

Mr Leedham took me through the selling and buying of my property. I found him very thorough and professional. As a longnding solicitor his experience shines through. I did not feel ripped off or just left and ignored. I would definately employ his services again.

I ended up dismissing Perrins before first hearing: months went by without communications; he claimed not to receive emails that are in my sent box; he ignored my dismay at a biased social worker's report, and emailed me days later without reading her report; he had no advice or gave bad advice; he appeared to collude with the other side to appoint the other side's preferred solicitor as a mediator. Apart from filing a weak petition, he did nothing useful for me. He just wasn't paying attention or taking care.

I used Jenny Oxley recently to make a will, she was warm, friendly and approachable, she was helpful an very informative which made the whole process far easier than what I thought it would be. I would recommend and use Coles Miller In the future

my life totally as solicitors.
Took an Unmarried civil partner through undefended nullity proceedings and discharged all my equity from my own house.
Run by belligerent .
Stay well clear of these muppets for anything concerning any legalities. I had to take them to the High Court for gross negligence.
