We contacted Chester & Co. to see if they were potentially able to do a conveyance in just 4 days from offer to completion (on the basis it was a cash deal and chain free). They agreed it was potentially possible provided they had the full cooperation of all parties. On this basis we therefore submitted an offer on a property with completion within 4 days. This enabled us to secure a substantial discount on the purchase price.
