Sale of Cornish property
We had a very positive experience with Lucy who handled the sale of our cottage in Cornwall. She has the rare ability to make you feel like you are her main priority even though you know she is busy. Impressive Service and great communication
I recently had the pleasure of working with Lucy as my solicitor during my house move, and I cannot recommend her highly enough! From start to finish, Lucy made the entire process smooth and stress-free despite us experiencing some external problems along the way. Her exceptional communication skills go along way ,she was always available to address any concerns and answer all my questions (within 10 minutes every time), no matter how small.

The best solicitor I have worked with
Lucy has been fantastic when working on several different cases for me and has been consistently efficient.
I am quite an anxious person when it comes to all this paperwork and high stakes and Lucy has always been available to explain any concept to me to put me at ease.
Lucy has seems to have been thorough with her work and spotted issues ahead of time and worked to resolve them to make sure I was covered. None of the bigger delays in my cases were ever caused by them.
What was most impressive to me was Lucy's response time to my emails, which really made me feel well treated: when every little hurdle can induce stress, its good to know things keep moving.
One downside to this firm would be that their costs are higher than others I have used in the past (for property). However, you get what you pay for in this case and I do not regret paying more to get a solicitor that is reactive and communicative.

Outstanding service
This is the second time I’ve used Lucy to sell a property but this time included a purchase as well. Lucy (again) went above and beyond. She kept us updated every step of the way, explained everything clearly, actioned things out of hours, wasn’t afraid of speaking on the phone to name a few examples of exemplary service. Stress free - recommended to everyone!
Lucy exceeded expectations. I was very anxious to undergo the conveyancing process after my first purchase due to delay and issues with contact.
Lucy was the complete opposite, her communication was excellent, responding in a timely manner with very clear advice.
I have recommended her to my mother and brother in law for their conveyancing needs.
