We are very sorry that your experience did not match your expectations and we have listened to your concerns and comments. We agree that the matter became protracted due to various third-party delays which caused both you and us some frustration. We kept you fully informed and fortunately were able to move other aspects of your matter forward while these were rectified. Despite the delays, we are pleased to say that we were able to conclude your matter within our estimated timescale, with the final costs being slightly lower than our original estimate.
