Frustrating experience

When one gets more information from the buyer than one does from one's own solicitor, there is a problem. Little contact, documentation errors, lack of timely action, lack of transparency and a general impression that the conveyancing process was handled by a poorly supervised trainee.

Exceptional expertise and support

I recently worked with Gemma Clarke from Dunn & Baker Solicitors as a legal representative in my divorce proceedings.

Gemma's professionalism and expertise was much appreciated as she took time and due diligence to guide me through the process.

Gemma was always available to answer my questions and address any concerns, making me feel supported during a challenging time. This approach also resulted in a fair and favourable resolution.

I highly recommend Gemma Clarke to anyone in need of legal assistance for divorce or family law matters. Thank you, Gemma, for your exceptional service and support.

Professional, Informative, Excellent Communication

My Son Purchased a property through Dunn and Baker. I cannot recommend them highly enough. Everyone in the team is professional and helpful. Sophie in particular was absolutely amazing – without her I would probably have lost my sanity in what was a very stressful six months! She kept me regularly updated and she tenaciously kept the whole process moving. I’m not sure my son would have been in his new flat without her. Thank you so much, Sophie and your team. My son has no intention of moving again, but will be recommending you to anyone that asks

Thank you once again Sophie

Lied from the beginning

I left two messages on Kate Austen's phone at her desk. The switchboard told me on both occasions she was away from her desk at the moment. I left a message to call me asap. On the third time of ringing I was invited to do the same again. I insisted on talking to someone. I was passed to her secretary Sophie only to be told that she didnt make appointments or indeed work in the office. She worked from home. Dishonesty from the beginning. and no return of call from Kate Austen.

I am taking my business elsewhere. Its a disgusting way to treat new clients considering their hourly rates....
