Faultless and exceptional service from beginning to end!!

This review is for a different branch.

We used Foys to assist with our house move last year and the service was exceptional!! Our personal circumstances meant that we needed to move ASAP and Foys (Hannah Edgley) made it happen within 2 months from us agreeing the sale/ purchase price. There were inevitable obstacles along the way but Hannah dealt with them instantly and with the upmost professionalism which took so much personal pressure off us. Emails were answered within minutes (literally) and I could always get them on the phone as soon as I needed to. I could not recommend them highly enough. Fantastic value for money too!!

We have used Foys a number of times over the last 20 years, and this sale involved a local listed building which was fully renovated when purchased in 2013. The buyer's solicitor continued to ask for information throughout the sales process, even though some of the information was already supplied. This created pressure in terms of achieving the date for exchange of contract and completion. These enquiries were dealt with in a timely and professional way which ensured both dates were achieved.
